In the thriving coffee culture of the Middle East, one mobile-first marketplace app stood out. With a loyal base of users ordering their favorite coffee from top cafes across Dubai and other GCC countries, this platform has cemented its place as the go-to for caffeine lovers. However, as digital behavior evolved, they recognized the need to expand their footprint to desktop users by translating their successful mobile app into a full-fledged web experience.

The Challenge
While their mobile app offered a seamless and efficient experience, they lacked a web presence to match. The goal was to replicate the familiarity of the mobile interface while using the web medium to its fullest. The challenge? Maintain brand consistency, carry over critical app functionality, and reimagine flows for desktop browsing—all while making the experience responsive across devices.

Our Collaborative Approach
We started with a dedicated designer embedded directly into their product team, collaborating daily with their CTO and senior design leadership in Dubai. Our goal was to complement their app's strengths while introducing thoughtful enhancements suitable for web usage.
Reimagining the Homepage
We kicked off with the homepage. Designed to echo the app's aesthetic, it featured:
- A hero banner for search and discovery
- Shop by Category, Top Coffee Deals, Mega Deals, and Daily Deals sections
- New Arrivals and Featured Categories
- Shop by Brand carousel
- Conversion-focused footers




Product Discovery at Its Best
The Product Listing Page was crafted to support effortless filtering and browsing. Users could refine their search by brand, price, roast level, origin, weight, and more. We designed robust states for loading, empty results, and a seamless transition into detailed product pages.
The Product Detail Page brought clarity and elegance to the forefront. From intuitive image galleries to detailed tabs for description, delivery & return, brewing instructions, and customer reviews, we ensured each component mirrored the premium nature of the brand.




Seamless Cart, Checkout, and Order Tracking
We mapped every stage of the customer journey:
- Cart: Add/remove items, zero states, out-of-stock logic
- Wishlist: Sharing and state handling
- Checkout: Delivery options, promo codes, address entry (map/manual),
- payment modules, and final confirmation
- Post-order: Real-time tracking with step indicators and estimated delivery




A Thoughtfully Designed My Account
Users could now access a comprehensive My Account dashboard, with modules for profile management, address book, payment methods, and a complete order history. The experience was designed with clarity, modularity, and simplicity at its core.

Secondary Pages, Fully Covered
We didn't stop at the core flows. We designed support and brand-building pages such as FAQs, About Us, Contact, Partner with Us, and Sell with Us, ensuring content parity across platforms.

Designed For Every Device
The entire experience was meticulously crafted to be fully responsive across breakpoints: desktop (1360px), laptop (1024px), tablet (768px), and mobile (375px). This ensured a unified experience regardless of how customers accessed the platform.

The Result

Not only did the web version preserve the essence of the mobile app, but it also opened up new possibilities for reach and engagement across devices.
