The team realized potential UX issues in the platform, especially within the onboarding flow, that required immediate attention.

As the product was built around friction-enabled onboarding—where users had to connect their Amazon central account to use the product and get to the first aha moment—it was important to design an intuitive user experience around that.
Following this, the team also identified that their multiple dashboards needed an overhaul. For all of this, they were looking for:
