Contenda is a generative-AI SaaS for content, long-form videos, podcasts, and webinars in; blog posts, tweet threads, audiograms, and short clips out. The founders were backend & AI wizards with an engine that could process hours of content. They needed a partner who could turn that engine into something everyday marketers could click through, design + React frontend, in one pod. We shipped the product before ChatGPT had a name in the mainstream.
Contenda was a SaaS product that empowered marketers to resurface, repurpose, repost, and refresh their best content (videos, podcasts, webinars in; blog posts, tweet threads, audiograms, and short clips out). The founders were backend and AI wizards with an engine that could process hours of content. They needed something just as powerful at the front of the product, an experience that could turn complexity into simplicity for everyday users. The ask was three things in one partner: design an intuitive UX from scratch, collaborate as a strategic product partner not just a vendor, and engineer the React.js frontend with seamless API integrations to the AI backend.
We started small. One key flow, a reimagined content repurposing workspace, shipped as a sleek dark-themed prototype within a week. The flow landed and the engagement expanded into the full platform. From there we ran an embedded design and React pod with the CTO, one senior product designer and two senior React engineers sitting daily with the AI engineers, every design decision shipping the same week and every API change reflected in the UX the same sprint. We landed on ContentFlow as the UX vocabulary for the transformation pipeline, then integrated direct publishing APIs to YouTube, Facebook, Spotify, Twitter, Apple and Google Podcasts, Buffer, and more, so the user's journey ran upload to process to generate to publish without leaving Contenda. A content tool that doesn't publish gets abandoned by week three. We made sure this one didn't.
We kicked off with a sleek, dark-themed UI to match the futuristic, AI-first vibe of the product. From the first click, users land in a personalized workspace that handles content transformation without overwhelming them, multiple projects, each with its own content flows, productive from day one without a setup tour.

A ContentFlow is the UX term we landed on for the transformation pipeline, the core value engine. The user uploads long-form content (a YouTube URL, audio, or video), the backend AI processes it asynchronously, and when results are ready they enter an interface with auto-generated outputs: transcript with speaker tags + timestamps, highlighted moments and suggested clips, AI-written blog drafts, and social-ready content. Modular by design, so a user can manage many flows simultaneously.


One upload, a stack of platform-ready outputs: an AI-written blog draft based on the source’s topic and tone (ready to refine, not start), a thread of tweets and one-liners pulled from the strongest moments, and auto-generated short video and audio clips with a trim affordance so the user can adjust boundaries without editing software. The marketer uploads once and walks out with a campaign’s worth of assets.



To close the loop, we integrated publishing APIs that let users send content directly to YouTube, Facebook, Spotify, Twitter, Apple & Google Podcasts, Buffer, and more, the journey runs upload → process → generate → publish without ever leaving Contenda. We added Power Search across clips, tweets, blogs, and transcripts so every project and flow containing a keyword surfaces in one query.


We didn’t stop at product. We helped design a high-converting landing page, product benefits, use cases, video samples, and visual walk-throughs, built to tell the story in seconds and convert curious visitors into loyal users. The marketing surface of the same brand the product carried.
